A $750.00 deposit is due when booking your event in order to reserve the date. The deposit is 

nonrefundable.

The final payment is due 10 days before with your guarantee number if there is not a bar. 

The food payment is due 10 days before with your guarantee number with the final payment at the end of the evening.

The invoice will be sent to the company and is due within two weeks after the event. 

DELIVERY & SET-UP CHARGE in Evansville & Newburgh Venues WILL BE $250.00 

DELIVERY & SET-UP CHARGE in New Harmony and Outside of Evansville WILL BE $325.00
